About ArcanFlows

A platform for AI agents that answer, act and account for themselves — built and run by Windconsul Tech LLC.

ArcanFlows is a multi-tenant platform for building and running AI agents — agents that answer chats and phone calls, search and cite your own documents, run multi-step workflows, fill forms and dashboards, and hand off to a human when they should.

It is built and operated by Windconsul Tech LLC, a Georgia company, and it is the product the team uses to do its own work: the same builder, the same telephony, the same governance.

What the platform does

  • Agents that hold a conversation — chat and voice, with knowledge retrieved from your own documents and answers that cite where they came from.
  • A phone system that is really a phone system — extensions, queues with hold music, blind and attended transfer, conference, recording, and AI agents that answer real calls alongside people.
  • Workflows without the plumbing — triggers, branching, retries and integrations, built visually and validated before they publish.
  • Forms, tables, dashboards and apps — the boring, necessary parts of a business tool, generated and wired together rather than assembled by hand.
  • A Builder that builds it for you — describe what you need in a sentence; the platform plans it, shows you the plan, and creates it only when you say go.
  • Governance that is on by default — content safety, credential redaction, PII handling, per-tenant quotas and an audit trail of what agents actually did.

How we work

We are a small team, which shows up in the product in a specific way: we would rather tell you what is true than what is comfortable. When a number is an estimate, the platform labels it an estimate. When a call was not recorded, the record says so instead of showing a broken player. When something fails, it says where.

That habit is not a slogan — it is why the platform reconciles its own usage against the carrier's records, why it refuses to invent a price it cannot verify, and why an operator can see the difference between "we sent this" and "this was delivered".

Security and incident response

Our incident classification, escalation and resolution practices follow internationally recognised information-security guidance, including ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27005 on information-security risk management.

These practices are aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified information security management system of our affiliate under common ownership, Wind Consulting S.A. de C.V. (Certificate No. GCB CERT 9924, issued by Global Certification Body, valid through 2 September 2027), whose certified scope covers information technology consulting and software development services.

To be precise, because precision matters here: Windconsul Tech LLC does not hold a separate ISO/IEC 27001 certificate in its own name. We follow the standard and are aligned with a certified affiliate's ISMS; we do not claim a certification we have not been issued.

Incident response targets

SeverityDescriptionInitial responseTarget resolution
CriticalCore availability disrupted, or confirmed/suspected data exposureWithin 1 hourWithin 4 hours
HighSignificant functional or data-integrity issue with a workaroundWithin 2 hoursWithin 8 hours
Medium / LowMinor issue, no immediate risk to data or availabilityWithin 24 hoursWithin 40 hours

Every incident is logged with description, timestamp, affected systems and severity; contained, remediated and verified; and — for significant incidents — reviewed afterwards so the fix outlives the outage.
